Customer Service: Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase. If you don't love it, send it back. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in saleable condition with original tags attached for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
*Please note this applies to full priced product only. Final Sale items may not be returned.
How to Return
1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the merchandise you wish to return, and the reason for your return. A UPS return label will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
2. Please keep returned merchandise in its original packaging, with all tags still attached.
3. Once you receive a return authorization number from customer service, please indicate the RA number (R500###) on the outside of the box where it is visible. Without this RA# the processing of your return may be delayed.
4. We recommend that you make note of your UPS return tracking number in the event you wish to monitor your return shipment. BELLA LUXX is not responsible for any lost returns.
5. A $5.00 shipping return fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
6. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return merchandise.
7. We will refund the price of the merchandise, including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges), upon receiving the return. Please allow two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
8. Our local retailers are unable to accept returns of items purchased online at Bellaluxx.com.
In order to expedite our purchase process, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. Placing a second order for the correct size and color will ensure you receive what you need without waiting for an exchange to process. Once we receive your return, we'll credit your account.
